Privacy policy
Achieve Planner ("we," "us") is a personal planning application available at achieveplanner.app. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address and a password. Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider; we never see or store them in readable form.
- The content you create: tasks, projects, areas, habits and their completion history, goals, milestones, notes, and settings. This content exists so the app can show it back to you; it is yours.
- Operational records: standard server logs (such as request timestamps and IP addresses) kept by our infrastructure providers for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not show advertising.
- We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. The app uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in.
- We do not read your content except as needed to operate the service, investigate a problem you report, or comply with law.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in the United States with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (application hosting), and Cloudflare (domain and email routing). Transactional email — sign-in confirmations and password resets — is delivered through our email providers. These providers process data solely to operate the service on our behalf.
Your rights and controls
- Export: download everything you've created, at any time, from Settings → "Download my data."
- Deletion: delete your account from Settings → Danger zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent and removes your account and all content you created.
- Correction and access: your data is directly viewable and editable in the app itself.
If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the GDPR or CCPA), the controls above are how we honor access, portability, and erasure requests. For anything they don't cover, email us.
Children
Achieve Planner is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and its date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the updated policy.
